Lovelace & Associates LLC Scholarship

It's that time of year again! Proud communities are rallying behind and around our bright youth as they venture off into the next brave steps of their life. As some are choosing higher education, Lovelace & Associates is committed to help offset the cost of attending college by offering its 6th year of Scholarships.

The goal of the Kaleem Lovelace Scholarship is to inspire students and their families to keep striving, define their own success, and know that they are supported!

Saleema would like this $500 scholarship to be used to help students with educational expenses like books, tuition, room and board, meals, or anything that would help the recipients continue their life’s journey.

Often, scholarships are limited to tuition or room and board but this scholarship can be used as the student sees fit. From dorm decorations to travel we want to help lighten the load!

Applicants Must:

  • Be a graduating High School Senior in Philadelphia or surrounding county.

  • Have clear goals to attend an accredited College or University.

  • Submit a 150 word essay

Lovelace & Associates LLC has a lot to celebrate this month!

Saleema Lovelace has just returned with 45 students and chaperones from the 3rd Congressional District, represented by Congressman Dwight Evans, from Washington, D.C.

Within the community we’d like to shout out 5 local women leading their businesses with grace and power. Women’s History Month has always been important to Lovelace & Associates LLC as it is an opportunity to honor the female pillars of our community and pay homage to the strong line of female entrepreneurs that Saleema Lovelace comes from.

45 local students got to have a 3-dimensional learning experience of The United States Government on March 12th.

Their impactful trip to Washington, D.C.  included:

  • Travel, by bus, to Washington D.C.

  • A  tour and lunch at The White House

  • Meet & Greet at The U.S. Capitol

  • Excursion to the African American Museum

A HUGE shoutout to our sponsors for providing aid with food and bus travel.
