Spring Updates: White House Tour & Women's History Month

Updated: Apr 1

Lovelace & Associates LLC has a lot to celebrate this month!

Saleema Lovelace has just returned with 45 students and chaperones from the 3rd Congressional District, represented by Congressman Dwight Evans, from Washington, D.C.

Within the community we’d like to shout out 5 local women leading their businesses with grace and power. Women’s History Month has always been important to Lovelace & Associates LLC as it is an opportunity to honor the female pillars of our community and pay homage to the strong line of female entrepreneurs that Saleema Lovelace comes from.

45 local students got to have a 3-dimensional learning experience of The United States Government on March 12th.

Their impactful trip to Washington, D.C.  included:

  • Travel, by bus, to Washington D.C.

  • A  tour and lunch at The White House

  • Meet & Greet at The U.S. Capitol

  • Excursion to the African American Museum

A HUGE shoutout to our sponsors for providing aid with food and bus travel.
